Parsons Son & Basley is one of the oldest independent firms of Chartered Surveyors, Valuers, Auctioneers and Estate Agents in Sussex. We are responsible for the letting and management of thousands of properties throughout the UK and we are well established as one of the premier agents in the South East of England. Our Bognor Regis office was established in 2004 and Head Office is located in the city centre of Brighton along the South Coast. We also have an office in Chichester, covering the whole of East and West Sussex and surrounding counties.

Our dedicated lettings teams  have many years experience between them at all levels and they are prepared to invest both the time and effort in order to provide the best possible personal service to both Landlords and Tenants.

The lettings teams are supported by an in house Property Management department which is responsible for looking after the properties on which we have been instructed to act in a Full Management capacity and which is committed to ensuring the smooth management of tenancies. We also have an in house client account department to ensure a smooth and efficient service with regard to receiving and processing payments. Having all of these services under one roof means that all departments can work closely alongside each other to provide the most efficient and trouble free service possible. All of our managers are qualified in their specific fields of expertise with regular ongoing training to ensure compliance with current legislation and best practice.

We are proud to be members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and The Property Ombudsman Scheme (Lettings) and we take our membership very seriously. This ensures that our clients receive a competent and consistent level of service which is answerable to standard guidelines and a complaints procedure. Client Money Protection, which protects Landlord and Tenant funds against misappropriation is a further significant benefit.
