When letting your property, you want to ensure that you have good tenants in place as quickly as possible. With our introduction service, we advertise it, arrange viewings, handle referencing, advise on bank details for rental payments, carry out inspections, and can even provide a final inventory check.

The rent collection service

Making sure you receive your rent is one of the most important things for landlords. Our rent collection service offers all the elements of our introduction package, plus we:

  • Collect the rent
  • Pursue defaulters (and guarantors if necessary) quickly and effectively
  • Regularly inform you of the rental account

The full management service

Many landlords want total peace of mind and hand over their properties to us to manage completely. Comprising all the elements of the introduction and rent services, the full package also means we: 

  • Carry out repairs to the property including replacement, maintenance, servicing and repair of any furniture, furnishings, appliances, equipment or machinery
  • Perform emergency work on the property if necessary
  • Visit the property at regular intervals and provide a written report to the landlord when appropriate
