Our September 2024 auction was a complete sell out with some very strong offers being received and exceeding reserve amounts by some 14% to the delight of our clients. With property types ranging from residential investments to commercial freeholds, garages and studio flats, here is just a small selection of what was sold.
The September auction showcased a diverse range of properties, both domestic and commercial, in highly sought-after locations across the South-East, including Brighton and Bognor Regis. There were excellent property investment opportunities, and both buyers and vendors were thrilled to finalize their deals even before the auction commenced. Below are some of the properties sold at the PS&B Sepember 2024 property auction.
