How Does It Work?

We offer bespoke property management services for residential estates and leasehold blocks of flats.

We act for Freeholders, Developers, Residents Management Companies and Right to Manage Companies.

As your managing agents we will perform the following services:

  • Financial Management
  • Repairs and Maintenance
  • Regulatory Compliance and Health & Safety
  • Lease Compliance

T&Cs to Qualify For This Offer:

  1. You are a leaseholder in one of our managed schemes.
  2. You have no service charge arrears on your property or are in breach of any lease covenants.
  3. You put us in touch with a Director of a Residents Management Company or Right to Manage Company, or the Freehold owner of a block of flats or estate of houses within our areas of operation. This must be someone named as a Director on Companies House of the Management/Right to Manage or Freehold Company.
  4. We will get in touch with them and see how we can help.
  5. If they sign a management agreement with us to manage their block of flats or estate of houses, we will pay your service charges up to a maximum of £1,500 for the year.
