Report a Maintenance Issue

At PS&B we encourage early reporting of maintenance issues that fall to the responsibility of the Landlord. We can action these quickly and in so doing, prevent them from deteriorating further which creates difficulties for everyone. Most repairs and maintenance do fall to the Landlord to fix but some do fall to the tenant so do check your tenancy agreement if you are unsure. The more detail that you can provide the better – photos are helpful too and can be included with your message below.
