Block and Estate Management Services
South of England

Whether it is residential, commercial or land, having a Property Manager means both tenants and landlords have peace of mind that there is a central person to deal with any problems that may arise.

It also means that if problems arise the owner knows that their asset is looked after quickly and effectively, and continues to be maintained to a high standard.

As a property management company, we know that as freehold landlords you will be looking to protect your assets in the best possible way.

PS&B are renowned for having highly experienced and proactive property managers with outstanding attention to detail. We pride ourselves on addressing all of your issues before they become a problem.

We deal with all areas of the estate that are outdoors and, depending on the property, could include gardening, car park maintenance, tree surgery and drainage.

Health & Safety and Fire Safety

Since the tragic events of Grenfell, recent fire legislation has created a complex and necessary set of regulations that need to be adhered to in order to keep owners, occupiers, visitors and contractors safe in residential, multi-occupied buildings.

We have a dedicated, qualified team of experts to help our clients keep their buildings safe and compliant. Where necessary, they will call on external professionals and use bespoke software to monitor and maintain a safe environment for all, in line with the relevant legislation:

  • The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
  • The Building Safety Act 2022
  • The Fire Safety Act 2021
  • The Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022
  • Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012
  • Work at Height Regulation 2005
  • Health & Safety at Work Act 1974
  • Electricity at Work Regulations 1989
  • Lifting Operation and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998
  • Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998
