Our June 2024 auction was a complete sell out without the need for the gavel to be raised as each property available was sold beforehand due to some exceptional prices being achieved.
The auction featured a wide variety of properties – both domestic and commercial in highly sought after locations across the South-East including Brighton and Bognor Regis. There were some excellent property investment opportunities and both buyers and vendors were delighted to be able to seal their deals before the auction even began.
