The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties in Brighton/Bognor and surrounding areas. They must ensure every property is well maintained, repairs are carried out in a timely manner and that all relevant compliance and legislation is adhered to.

The ideal candidate will already be working as an AST Property Manager, ARLA Propertymark level 3 qualified and have a real passion for property. Please note we will consider applicants with transferable skills looking to progress and achieve ARLA Propertymark qualifications after a qualifying period.
